– A unique combination of traditional Japanese special effects (tokusatsu) and shark horror.
– Shot in the hometown of Eiji Tsuburaya, known for his work on Godzilla and Ultraman.
– Despite being a low-budget production, it has captivated Japanese audiences and is currently enjoying an extended run in theaters (as of August 28, 2024).

Audience Reactions
“An oversupply of sharks, tokusatsu effects that fully embody a kaiju movie, an insane plot, an overly luxurious soundtrack, and spectacular explosions—everything was superb. The intricate sci-fi settings are brilliantly elevated into Shark Fantasy, and I was moved by the fact that a bizarre shark film, standing alongside “Sharknado,” has emerged from Japan.” by Rookie of Shark Films (Japanese Shark Film Critic)
– “A fusion of shark movies and kaiju films”
– “The grand, seemingly unnecessary music is fantastic”
– “Love the abundance of sharks!”
– “Feels like watching a nostalgic tokusatsu movie”
– “The dog survives!”
